Jane works from her studio at The Top Cottage in Culverden, drawing inspiration from the ever-changing North Canterbury landscape, its shifting seasons, and the animals that surround her. Her work reflects a strong sense of place and quiet storytelling. Her paintings are exhibited in galleries throughout New Zealand, and she also undertakes portraits and commissioned pieces, creating work that is personal, meaningful, and enduring.

Alongside her practice, Jane’s garden is an extension of her creative world. Together with her husband Tom, she hosts seasonal garden tours, opening both the garden and her studio to visitors to share the space, her process, and the landscape that inspires her work.
